Best Dispensary In SA

Cannot fault the team at MCDSA who are helpful and have excellent knowledge about medical cannabis. I was referred by my chiropractor for severe nerve pain and it was the best thing that ever happened to me. Getting off pain pills, sleeping better and pain levels have dropped by 80% and as an added bonus even my stress levels are down. Their 1:1 tincture is truly the best thing that happened to me and their service and reliability is beyond reproach.

Best In The World

My son with autism and seizures has been using their CBD oil since 2018 after being in ICU for over a week. Getting in touch with the team from MCDSA is the best decision I have ever made, the team is really helpful and patient... my son hasn’t had seizures since then and his autism behaviour has improved, your product has made a huge difference in my son and family’s life. I have been using your products for around 5 months now and can honestly say that it has made the world of difference. from being in constant pain i now have something i can manage it with without the side effects of prescription pain medicine. ordered a topical balm with my last order and besides for it clearing and soothing a particularly nasty rash, it is something that is effective for everything from dry skin to insect bites. must applaud you on the great service as well. even during lockdown you ensured my parcel arrived in time. REST ASSURED

I have suffered from both severe anxiety and insomnia since I was in my teenage years. It took many medications, some of which had their own really horrible side-effects to find relief with cannabis. I chatted to the guys at MCDSA and they were helpful, knowledgeable and recommended two different products. At first, I was taken aback at the cost, but I cannot thank you enough for changing my life. I started on CBD during the day and CBN at night. I still have my one bottle of CBN - I sleep better and get decent rest while feeling much calmer and don't have any of the nasty effects of that morning-after that you get from prescription sleeping meds. Thank you again for helping me back on my feet.

BEST PRODUCTS & OUTSTANDING SERVICE

To be honest, after all the searching and trying, I was apprehensive when I placed my order. No need - products arrived discreetly packed and labelled. I dealt with Bruce, who was not only patient with all my questions but provided me with so much detail as well.

I suffer from rather bad Ulcerative Colitis and it has been a long road trying to find something that helps me manage this painful and sometimes debilitating condition. The guidance on dosing and frequency was phenomenal. It took about 2 weeks, but I found my "holy grail" in terms of dosing and the relief has been astronomical.

What I appreciate most though, is that never once was I fed any BS and not once did anyone claim to be able to "cure" me. I know there is no cure but with the help of MCDSA, I am able to manage my conditions with less frequent flares and considerably less pain at that. Can never thank you enough for the guidance and assistance.

CBD Icharos Delta 9 CBD Helped Our Dog With Lymphatic Cancer

Our Jack Russel was diagnosed with T-cell Lymphatic cancer in August 2017, the vet gave him approximately 2 months. Treatment may have given him another 6 months but they couldn't promise that it wouldn't make him feel worse. Although he was already 11 years old, he still had so much life in him. I therefore decided to do extensive research on cannabis oils, tried a few brands until I found MCDSA. I purchased their Icharos CBD Delta 9 oil. The oil helped, especially when he had tough days/weeks. Some days he was like a puppy again. He got to meet his human baby brother and we all got more time to make memories. Dae, our Jack Russel, passed away yesterday, at 13 years old. He lived for 2 years and 2 months rather than the predicted 2 months. The service from MCDSA has always been impeccable and they are informative. Deliveries were often super quick. We are very grateful for the oil from MCDSA.

Relief In The Midst Of Darkness

As many young working professionals experience, stress, and insomnia creep into your life forcing you to turn to either alcohol, painkillers or sleeping tablets to endure what now has become the new "normal". I was a victim of this too for many years until I decided to kick alcohol to the curb and start supplementing my diet with the Icharos CBD oil range. I feel far more relaxed and less anxious than I previously did and most importantly, I can get a full night's uninterrupted sleep without taking the crappy sleeping tablets. The service has been excellent with all my questions quickly responded to and the delivery literally being overnight. I feel like I have an advantage in life by taking the oils and getting rid of all the mainstream pharmaceuticals and alcoholic beverages out of my life.

Amazing Results For Cat With CKD

At the beginning of April, I noticed that my my 5 year cat had lost a significant amount of weight and after tests at the vet, he was diagnosed with Stage 2/3 chronic kidney disease (CKD) for which there's no cure. After being on chronic meds for 2 weeks, he was still hiding in the cupboard, not grooming himself, very thin and unhappy. Although it's difficult with CKD cats to determine life expectancy, the vets were talking months.

I contacted MCDSA and they were very patient with answering all my questions and then prescribed the correct oil for his condition. Fast forward 3 months later and the results have been phenomenal. He's put on 2kgs in weight (very unusual for a cat with CKD), his coat is shining and he's back to his normal, playful self.

I can't thank MCDSA enough and highly recommend them to anyone!

Top Quality Products And Friendly Reliable Service!

I've been trying Icharos CBD and Delta 9 (THC) tinctures over the past few months. I initially wanted it to aid in recovery from sport training but I've started to really enjoy the CBD for its anti anxiety properties. I've tested (and am in the process of taking) traditional medications to treat social anxiety and I'm as pleased with the results of the CBD. It's a great thing to supplement with especially in the small doses like I prefer. I find if I take a small dose before going to work, I'm focused and and tuned in to work on my projects effectively, whether it be on my own or in conference with others. Once I figured out which dose works for me, the CBD became a favorite of mine. So good job on a really nice selection of products.
